How
to get the Application Form and Guidelines, etc. for Master's and
Doctoral Programs of the Graduate School of Biomedical Science and
Engineering
Request it by post. Write “Request for Application Form and
Guidelines for Master's (or Doctoral) Program of the Graduate School of
Biomedical Science and Engineering” in red on the envelope you send. Be
sure to enclose the following:
a self-addressed envelope Kakugata No.2 with a 320-yen stamp
a memo including the program you want to enroll in, your phone number, and your email address
During office hours (weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Requests for information materials can be made at the counter
