Qualifications of applicants

Master’s Program
Those who have acquired a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Doctoral Program
Those who have acquired a master’s degree or equivalent

However, note that the following require prior authorization for the applicant.

Master’s Program
If your qualification falls under either clause (9) or (10) as specified in the Application Guidelines you need to submit all the required documents during the application period, June 13 (Tuesday) to June 19 (Monday), 2017 as you need authorization to be considered an applicant.
Doctoral Program
If your qualification falls under either clause (7) or (8) as specified in the Application Guidelines you need to submit all the required documents during the application period, June 13 (Tuesday) to June 19 (Monday), 2017 as you need authorization to be considered an applicant.

*1Government-sponsored international students (recipients of MEXT scholarships) are not required to pay this, so it is important to inform us of your status when submitting the application.
